When you join slothailand, you agree to the terms that govern your account, deposits, withdrawals, betting, and dispute resolution. We set out these terms to be clear and transparent about what we require from you and what you can expect from us.
Our terms cover account opening, payment methods, settlement rules, bonus conditions, and our policies on account security. We charge no withdrawal fees; your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own fees, which are disclosed before you confirm.
If you request account closure, your remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method within 48 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without slothailand's written approval. Any pending bets at the time of closure are settled according to our settlement rules; the final balance (after settlement) is withdrawn.
Betting and settlement on slothailand
All bets placed on slothailand are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after submission. Markets close at the time specified by the sport or game; bets placed after market closure are rejected.
Settlement occurs within minutes of event conclusion (football, badminton, MotoGP matches; live-dealer game rounds; esports tournaments). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or voided, all bets are cancelled and stakes are refunded. If an official result is overturned on appeal, we adjust settled bets accordingly and reconcile your account within 24 hours.

slothailand provides tools to manage your account spending. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly account preferences in Account Settings. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. You can also temporarily suspend your account for 7, 30, or 90 days. Suspended accounts cannot place bets or withdraw funds during the suspension period; your balance is preserved.
You may request permanent account closure at any time. We will close your account, refund any remaining balance, and retain your account records for 7 years for regulatory compliance.
Jurisdiction and service availability
slothailand operates as an online gaming operator serving users in supported jurisdictions. Our services are available only where local law permits online wagering. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.
